These terms govern the booking of transport services and the membership through go1transfer.com, owned by Scalix Palma LLC (trade name Go1 Transfer). By making a booking, you accept these terms.
1. Bookings
The booking is made through the Website by indicating origin, destination, date, time and number of passengers and luggage. The booking is considered confirmed when you receive the corresponding confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€). The transfer service is calculated per kilometre and the hourly service has a minimum of 3 hours. A distinction is made between the list price and the reduced price for Go1 Prime members. The applicable prices are those in force at the time of booking.
3. Luggage
Each service includes one suitcase per passenger. Additional or special luggage (golf clubs, ski equipment, bicycles, pets, etc.) may be booked as an extra and is subject to availability and to the selected vehicle.
4. Payment
Payment can be made by card online (with possible pre-authorisation through the Stripe payment gateway), in cash to the driver or by card to the driver, depending on the options available at the time of booking.
5. Go1 Prime membership
The Go1 Prime membership costs €29 per year and includes a 15-day trial and a 30% discount on the list price of transfers. It renews automatically each year and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
6. Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. Later cancellations or no-shows may not be entitled to a refund.
7. Delays, flights and waiting
For airport transfers we track the flight and apply a courtesy waiting time. Additional waiting beyond the courtesy time may incur an extra charge.
8. Obligations and liability
Transport services are provided by partner drivers and companies that hold the authorisations and insurance required by law. The platform shall not be liable for breaches arising from force majeure or causes beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to the rights granted to the user by consumer protection law.
9. Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law applicable to services aimed at users in Spain and the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
