Although the controller is established in the United States, it directs its services to users located in Spain and the European Union, so the processing of data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR (art. 3.2).
2. Data we process
- Identification and contact data: name, surname, phone, email.
- Booking data: origin, destination, date and time, number of passengers and luggage, flight number and trip details.
- Customer account data: access credentials and preferences.
- Payment data: handled by the payment gateway. We do not store your full card details.
- Browsing data: cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Managing the booking and providing the service of transport and the customer account — performance of a contract.
- Processing payments and the Go1 Prime membership — performance of a contract.
- Sending operational notices by email and WhatsApp (confirmations, driver status) — performance of the contract and legitimate interest.
- Customer support — legitimate interest.
- Commercial communications about our services — consent, revocable at any time.
- Compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting) — legal obligation.
4. Recipients
To provide the service we share data with: the payment gateway (Stripe); the customer management and messaging system (GoHighLevel and a WhatsApp messaging provider); the partner drivers and transport companies that perform the service (only the data necessary for the transfer); web hosting, analytics and advertising providers (e.g. Google and Meta). We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers and the controller itself are located outside the European Economic Area (mainly in the United States). Such transfers are carried out with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (EU standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms).
6. Retention
We keep data during the customer relationship and, thereafter, for the applicable legal periods (tax, accounting and limitation of liability). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@go1transfer.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise. If you reside in the EU, you may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your supervisory authority.
8. Security and minors
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The Website is not directed at minors; if you are a minor, do not provide your data without the consent of your parents or guardians.
